My Elements of Leadership

My elements of leadership:

Sincere caring: they feel the warmth of your actions.
Trust: they trust you because you trust in them.
Equality: you treat everyone the same but know not everyone is.
Encouragement: they are motivated by your actions and attitude.
Positive: your disposition should always be positive. You carry the attitude of those who follow you.
Support: you must support their priorities, decisions, and efforts.
Duty: you must always do “the right thing.” This phrase should be echoed with every decision.
Statement: you should make a statement and standout among the crowd.
Looking deep: you need to be yourself.
Communication: you need to be clear and direct in your speech.
Living: you must never stop your personal growth.
