~ My Passage To India

A burnt orange, spicy, mango curry sauce looked liked covered chicken nuggets.
The sweet aroma of naan bread tasted like fresh, soft, hot pizza crust.
The rice was separated and flexible like a stack of oven baked french fries.
The variety of smells were reminiscent of a mall food court.
Delicious!
