Sweet Virginia Red

I opened a bottle of New Kent Winery’s, Sweet Virginia, red wine. It was an average wine that was smooth with low acidity and low tannin. The taste was mild, surprisingly for a dessert wine (12.6% ABV). The overall taste was slightly above average.
